Booking Deposits & Cancellations

To simplify Hidden Beaute Studio’s process and make managing appointments easier, we have updated our booking deposit policy.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, your deposit will be retained as salon credit on your account or transferred to a new booking.

Salon credit can be used towards any future appointment or retail product purchase.

Booking deposits are non-refundable and will no longer be manually refunded.

No-show appointments will forfeit the deposit and no salon credit will be issued.

We appreciate your understanding and continued support as our studio grows.
